Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the saskpoly.xyz website, marketplace, reports, books, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by saskpoly.xyz ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain products, predictions, and wagering-related content may be restricted to residents of Saskatchewan and Alberta, Canada. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Services

saskpoly.xyz publishes informational content, including daily reports, market commentary, sports and betting analysis, premium reports, books, and free educational materials. We also operate a marketplace through which users may purchase digital and physical products. The Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

All purchases made through the Services are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Digital products, including reports and downloadable books, are generally not refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. Physical products are subject to refund or return policies posted at the time of purchase. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation;
  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity;
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services;
  • Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or monitor the Services without our prior written consent;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission;
  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of saskpoly.xyz and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of saskpoly.xyz.

Free books and reports made available on the Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may not republish, redistribute, or resell our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information, predictions, reports, or content provided through the Services is accurate, reliable, current, or complete. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAKSPOLY.XYZ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You acknowledge that wagering on predictions, sports, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other speculative activities involves substantial risk. The overwhelming majority of participants lose money. Past performance, backtesting results, or model accuracy do not guarantee future results. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless saskpoly.xyz and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Responsible Gambling

We encourage responsible decision-making. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help. Alberta residents can access resources through the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) Responsible Gambling program. Wagering on predictions usually has a rate of return of 0%. 99.9% of all sports, stock, and crypto investors lose all of their investments. Choose your wagering wisely. If you know someone with a gambling problem, tell them to seek professional help.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
